About this California Privacy Notice

This California Privacy Notice is an integral part of MacroEdge’s Privacy Policy. The processing of certain Personal Information about California residents is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

This Notice describes the rights afforded to California consumers with respect to their Personal Information and details our practices regarding its collection, use, and disclosure. Any capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning given to them in our main Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

The CCPA/CPRA grants California consumers the following rights regarding their Personal Information:

• Right to Know - The right to request information about the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information over the prior 12 months, including the categories of information, sources, purposes, and categories of third parties involved.

• Right to Access & Portability - The right to obtain a copy of the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.

• Right to Delete - The right to request the deletion of Personal Information that we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.

• Right to Correct - The right to request the correction of inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you.

• Right to Opt-Out - The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information.

• Right to Limit Use - The right to limit the use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information to only what is necessary to perform the services you requested.

• Right to Non-Discrimination - The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights described above, you may submit a verifiable consumer request to us using the following methods:

• Email Request - Send an email to privacy@macroedge.net with a complete description of your request, including the specific right(s) you wish to exercise, your name, and your email address.

• Contact Page - Visit our contact page at https://www.macroedge.net/privacy-contact -form and clearly state your request in the subject line or body.

We must verify your identity before processing your request. If you have an account with us, accessing or deleting information through your account settings may be the quickest way to exercise certain rights.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. In order to process the request, we will require written authorization from you to the agent and verification of your identity.

 

Information Collection and Disclosure Notices

A. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

MacroEdge does not sell your Personal Information in exchange for monetary compensation. Furthermore, MacroEdge does not "share" your Personal Information for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising (i.e., targeted advertising). Therefore, a formal "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out link is provided out of compliance abundance but is currently not necessary to stop this activity.

 

B. Use of Sensitive Personal Information

MacroEdge does not intentionally collect any categories of Personal Information defined as "Sensitive Personal Information" under the CCPA (e.g., government identification numbers, exact geolocation, health information). If such information were to be collected incidentally, we would only use or disclose it as necessary to provide our services and would not use it for any purpose that requires a consumer's right to limit its use.

 

C. Categories of Personal Information Collected and Disclosed

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected, used, and disclosed for a business purpose the following categories of Personal Information:
