About this California Privacy Notice
This California Privacy Notice is an integral part of MacroEdge’s Privacy Policy. The processing of certain Personal Information about California residents is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above, you may submit a verifiable consumer request to us using the following methods:

We must verify your identity before processing your request. If you have an account with us, accessing or deleting information through your account settings may be the quickest way to exercise certain rights.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. In order to process the request, we will require written authorization from you to the agent and verification of your identity.
Information Collection and Disclosure Notices
A. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
MacroEdge does not sell your Personal Information in exchange for monetary compensation. Furthermore, MacroEdge does not "share" your Personal Information for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising (i.e., targeted advertising). Therefore, a formal "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out link is provided out of compliance abundance but is currently not necessary to stop this activity.
B. Use of Sensitive Personal Information
MacroEdge does not intentionally collect any categories of Personal Information defined as "Sensitive Personal Information" under the CCPA (e.g., government identification numbers, exact geolocation, health information). If such information were to be collected incidentally, we would only use or disclose it as necessary to provide our services and would not use it for any purpose that requires a consumer's right to limit its use.
